It's not debianized for a number of reasons, not least because ftp://ftp.cstr.ed.ac.uk/pub/festival/1.3.0/festvox_en1.tar.gz is corrupted. If you can point me at a non-corrupt version of that file, I'll consider packaging it. -- see shy jo
