I am sending this again cause I did not any good answers!!Sorry for
that.
I did install debin with Xwindows, and am trying to configure a mail
client
that can access a acount other than my server machine, say a preexistent
mail acount that i've been using prior using Linux. I tried a client XMH
e XMAILTOOL.
If this is not the best clients, please tell me one that be easy to
use/configure
( remenber that to end users it's the most important...)
The best is if I could configure several mail accounts in this same
client ( if the user has [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ) with diferents users/servers ????? Is
it possible???
Now the easy: How can i manage ( include/exclude )the users accounts in
smail??? I tryied to configure it, but something dont work ok, cause it
finished configuring without i have configured any user email account ??
any ideas??? must i edit some file and insert this informations by
myself?????
NOTE: I work in a environment that includes Win95+dos6.22 as clients,
Win NT and Novell 3.12 as servers ( running a mix of database+ intranet
and internet access + mail(most uses outlooks/messenger) ) ; so I
would like to introduce Linux as a option as server ( files + web
services) and as workstation ( that needs access all of these resources.
)
Its driving me crasy! So it's why I need helP :>).
