If we are talking abbout HTML creators for windows, HotMetal
Pro 4.0 does the job nicely. It has pure WYSIWYG node, a WYSIWYG +
greyed out tags peepeing through mode, and a pure text mode, all
switchable on a button click. It has a built in validator.
