hi.
I have got a PC at college with a ethernet connection to the internet, thru
a firewall. I use apt-get and dselect with apt for all my debian package
needs.

what i would like to do is to set up this machine so i could bring in my own
machine from at home, sit it on top of the current machine, connect their
parallel ports. then using plip and proxy arp, i would like to install debian
on my home machine.

do i need a spare ip address for the second machine? any other advice?

regards,
vinny
