-I want to create some scripts, but i know nothing about that language,
so i need some help....
The first script is for calculate the time im connected to internet:
1) If pon is executed, (by anyone) then catch time1
2) If poff is executed, (by anyone root, users, or another script),
catch time2
3) print "X of october => (time2-time1) seconds. begining=(time1)" >>
on a file called INTERNET_LOG.
How do i transform those simple intruccions to a script?? (maybe this is
more a deamon that a script....)
-Then the second is for manage the file INTERNET_LOG:
Sometimes, i connect more that once, so i would have something like
this:
"9 October => 100 seconds. begining=9:00
9 October => 500 seconds. begining=21:00
12 October => 2000 seconds. begining=21:00
.
.
.
"
and i would like the script create a file named TOTAL_TIME:
"9 October 0 [hours] 10 [min]
12 October 0 [hours] 33 [min]
.
.
.
"
I would be very happy if you help me. Yesterday i get a `phone-paper'
showing a lot of money to pay... i dont know if its becouse internet or
not...
