I had extensive troubles with the 3C905B. I have a dual boot system with Windows 95 and Linux. If I do a soft reboot from Windows, I get the ff:ff:.. problem, so I always have to turn off my computer when I want to go from Windows to Linux. Also, these cards have a documented problem with optaining IP's via DHCP on 10Base-T networks. This problem occurs in all 905B's up to revision 'C'.
