I had some difficulty getting this set up, but it runs fine now. (1024x768 is not possible, even if you have the memory.) This is a hardware limit of ViRGE chips. Are you running at a lower resolution, or are the docs out of date? I have a Stealth 3D 2000 (4MB), and I was never able to get it to run in 1024x768/32bpp, and I assumed based on the docs that I wouldn't be able to. When I tried running X in this configuration, I got an error message that seemed to confirm the problem that was mentioned in the docs. Please email me the appropriate sections of you XF86Config, if you could, so I could try getting 32bpp working on my system. Thanks in advance. BTW, the program you mention is named xvidtune. noah PGP public key available at http://lynx.dac.neu.edu/home/httpd/n/nmeyerha/mail.html or by 'finger -l [EMAIL PROTECTED]' -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.2 iQCVAwUBNhAdxIdCcpBjGWoFAQGuHQQAtV2P0yJeOPMqmOZlnJx2WPRmo7BGK7vl reeW1emxCxZBf7/HhLmZOUlJqvrG9e3n3lm/ZNMftsqk4nX5sRJbgzEpzgxLWUyd 1J47JmOoXQTDjkoHcHrA/UJxXLVtg0VF3vIgJ3e0qIZXCEClIyIQQlPOCyAPr+O2 oYukoRAtR5Y= =2BqB -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
