I think so. What medium do you use? FTP, NFS, CDROM?
With CDROM (from which vendor? JFL?), you have choose the access
method again to specify, that you have switched CDs and enter the new
location. Then do a update. Straight forward.
One of the Verdors did made a multi CD method for dselect, but it only
worked for his CDs (the dir structure needed a change). He wanted to
change that, but I didn't track this. I can look it up, if you want.
The easiest way is to use apt as method in dselect.
You can specify the entries for the CDs in /etc/apt/sources.list and
then uncomment the entry for the right CD. The access method will then
offer the right default entries. Then a update and you are done.
Again, I can look up the entries for the JFL CD.
You could also copy the binary-i386 directories from the non-free and
contrib CDs to disk (if you have the space) and use apt to collect the
packages from the disk and the CD.
The order for multiCD is importent (due to dependencies): main, then non-free,
then contrib (and non-US if you have it).

PS. I didn'Ät want to insult anybody. The "idiot" was a reference to
