It appears that when using wwwoffle (Version: 2.1c-1), Netscape (Navigator 4.04, the only I tried) is not able to do file uploads (<input type=file> in a <form enctype="multipart/form-data">) anymore. If I disable proxies from Netscape everything starts going fine.
