You are running bo (1.3), right? If this is the case, getting packages from the new 2.0 is not as easy as just installing them. You'll need to go through a special step of upgrading your system to libc6. This is because between 1.3 and 2.0, the major version of the C library changed. We migrated to libc6. Unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade cleanly using existing (1.3) tools. What you need to do is either use autoup.sh script or apt.deb package. Autop.sh is just a script that performs necessary upgrades for you in the right order. apt-get (from apt.deb) is the backend of next-generation package selection tool, a dselect replacement. Either of the methods are documented to work well. At this point, it is a matter of choice. Both autoup.sh and apt.deb as well as upgrade instructions can be had from debian/dists/stable/upgrade-i386 on any debian mirror. > > Greetings: > IoZ > e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > -- > Unsubscribe? mail -s unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /de > v/null > -- Proudly running Debian Linux!
