Hi, i got debian 2.0 hamm upgraded to slink, i use the 2.0.35 kernel. I got the bttv driver pack and some apps to use it. When i try to compile xtvscreen, the app included with bttv i get the followoing error: shark:~/bttv/XTV# make rm -f xtvscreen c++ -o xtvscreen -O2 -fno-strength-reduce -L/usr/X11R6/lib xtvscreen.o visu /usr/bin/ld: cannot open -lXpm: No such file or directory collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [xtvscreen] Error 1 shark:~/bttv/XTV# When i try to compile Xwintv i get the following error: shark:~/xwintv-0.3.0# make making xWinTV 0.3.0 for QT ... /usr/bin/moc winTVmainWidgetData.h -o winTVmainWidgetData.moc /usr/bin/moc winTVsfData.h -o winTVsfData.moc gcc -c -Wstrict-prototypes -fno-builtin -fno-strength-reduce -m486 -g -O -I. -p gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory make: *** [xWinTV.o] Error 1 shark:~/xwintv-0.3.0# I checked all the g++ and c++ packs, i got them all selected, QT 1.4 is installed and Lesstiff . p.s. when i run the g++ or c++ command i get the error: shark:~/xwintv-0.3.0# g++ /usr/lib/crt1.o(.text+0x36): undefined reference to `main' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status shark:~/xwintv-0.3.0# is this a problem or not?
