these can both be done from the regualr config, I think.  I certainly do
the 2'd; i'm not sure about pop3.  My mail routes through one, but 
I think that's because the university grabs all mail to redistribute,
even though it adresses here.

also, look at the packages with "pop" in their names; many of these are
handle pop-servers.
