Here is mine. I run 'fetchmail -d 300' from ip-up and then 'fetchmail
-q' in ip-down.
set logfile = "/var/log/fetchmail"
poll <pop server> protocol pop3 timeout 60:
user <remote username> there has password <remote passwd> is <local
user> here
fetchall
This works for me.
