Does anyone know how to set a Samba user password to NONE, if a password already exists? I've tried smbpasswd [user] and hit return twice, only to find that "Samba password not changed." I've also tried modifying the /etc/samba/debian_config file to "password set = no," and it still requires my previous password. Anything else I can do to eliminate the Samba password?
