I'm trying to install to a DECpc 320P notebook but the install process hangs at the line
'hde: probing with STATUS instead of ALTSTATUS' I've tried floppies made with both the file 'resc1440.bin' and 'resc1440tecra.bin' and both stop at the same point. The PC I'm trying the install on is a DECpc 320P notebook with a 386sx-20, 8 MB of RAM and an 84 MB Conner ide harddrive. Can anyone suggest a way to solve this problem?
