Ok! I try the packages from blackdown.org. Perhaps this the solution.

The packages from blackdown.org satisfy the dependencies. But I have to use j2sdk 1.3. 1.4 gives an error message for the mozilla plugin.
This doesn't fix the problem with tomcat 4.1.16. It still ignores my configuration.
