I've looked at this tool a little bit, however, and I don't think it is really all that useful. There's a lot of stuff it can't do that is standard functionality in dselect. Basically, Kpackage seems like it's nothing more than a replacement for typing 'dpkg -i xxxx.deb'. IIRC, it can't automatically download stuff for you, and it can't look at Package.gz files to get a list of all the package files that live in a directory. Maybe this has changed for the the release 1.0 (woohoo!) of KDE. noah PGP public key available at http://lynx.dac.neu.edu/home/httpd/n/nmeyerha/mail.html or by 'finger -l [EMAIL PROTECTED]' -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.2 iQCVAwUBNapxFYdCcpBjGWoFAQHGgAP/aB7ldRVh0KqEtLahVsDIc1IH4tx2Fo4r LSkAmqCdcnuQ+K6UMV9/mdF5Nl/AecMK7sJgXcvMunRZqXudhm5h/EHy11IKBOAg eAFtv8lh47/0Jqhyypi1UUkUUx6R4MpfKSWqG2/BzaZTTyCWJgWrAFnGLkx4Ov0e oHBQ8/ToRVg= =GlVV -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Unsubscribe? mail -s unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /dev/null
