Hi, I'm running Debian GNU/Linux 1.3.1 and have installed a few weeks ago, the Tetex package.

I've had a look at the installation directories and everything seems to be there (though I've noticed that I don't have the MakeTeXls-R script in a bin-directory!) What shall I do ? After the xdvi experiment, I've tried to run a 'latex': nothing happens and it was due to missing base file(s) ? Was late, therefore, I didn't take the time to investigate further. Thanx in advance.
