in.qpopper problems

Hi,
        I am experiencing problems on our linux gateway in that it is constantly
dialling out on our ISDN line and I get the following message constantly in
/usr/adm/messages


gate in.qpopper[355]:  (v2.2) Unable to get canonical name of client, err =
110

If you have suggestions to what could be causing this I would appreciate
it.
