Debian is Linux so just check the Linux documentation. The FAQ contains 
everything you need to know.

You'll probably have to recompile the kernel, I don't think Debian's 
kernel-images have ISDN. Also, there is a isdn4linux Debian package, so 
nothing else to recompile.
