Run the 'host' command on the IP address, then write to abuse@ the domain. Might also do a whois on the domain to make sure you're writing to the network provider. Maybe it's mean to report some poor guy as a network abuser just because his machine has a virus, but really, Nimda has been circulating for a long time, and even the unfortunate home Windows user has to get hit with the cluebat if it's ever going to stop.
