I work for an ISP here in the Philippines. I have a permanent ethernet connection to the Internet and would like to use my modem to dial-up to our router which assigns dynamic IP addresses. Anyway, the purpose of dialing to our router is to monitor the dial-up lines and to check the connection rate.
