The only option I believe you have is a cluster. Be it a cluster
of seperate pieces of hardware or a "virtual" cluster within a large
system such as S/390. You don't give any information on what kind
of application you'll be running. Clearly software and hardware
differences will be vastly different for hosting basic web pages
compared to databases and applications.

also closely evaluate if you really need 5 9s, that is 24 seconds
of downtime per month. The management of a large customer(one of the
biggest telcos in the U.S.) of my former employers thought they were
smart and wanted to deploy my former company's product on a clustered
E10000s load balanced by some $5000 cheap piece of shit load balancer
to improve uptime. Buncha idiots.
