I realistically aim for 99.9% on my webserver. Last year we got around
99.99, this year we won't. We swapped hardware twice this year. One 
time with 0 downtime, as we also moved location and IP address. The
other time we didn't get to plan ahead and had to suffer several minutes
of downtime due to reboots to swap the motherboard. All in all about 
20 minutes of downtime over a period of about an hour. 

But yes, we don't have measures in place to ensure that we reach this
level of reliability. So we're in trouble if something bad happens.
