"setserial /dev/ttyS2" should tell you the IRQ it is using.
Note that /etc/rc.boot/0setserial does not do IRQ probes for ttyS2
and ttyS3 by default, you have to enable it by editing the file.
(The default of 4 & 3 respectively is used.)
