That's where I got it from too. Be quick though if you want to get it from sunsite.uio.no, AFAIK they're not really allowed to mirror StarOffice 4.0. I've tracked some other mirrors (several uni's in Germany) and all of them have had the SO4.0binariesremoved lately.
