It's in the contrib/web section. That's in <debian-root>/dists/unstable/contrib/binary-i386/web . Please do not use the names 'hamm' and 'bo' when you want to point dselect at them. Instead, use stable, contrib and non-free for bo and dists/unstable/main, dists/unstable/contrib and dists/unstable/non-free for hamm.
