I too have been having trouble connecting to ftp.us.debian.org. When I try to ftp there, I get the following: Connected to santanni.cc.gatech.edu. 220 santanni.cc.gatech.edu FTP server (Version wu-2.4.2-academ[BETA-15](1) Tue Oct 7 12:46:13 EDT 1997) ready. 331 Guest login ok, send your complete e-mail address as password. 230----------------------------------------------------------------------------- and then it hangs.
