Maybe this a little off topic, but ...
I had succeed in running jdk.1.1 applets w/ appletviewer under
my Debian box.
When I try to run them from communicator 4.04 I got errors like:
- Class not found
- security violation - method verification ...
To start netscape4.04 I have the following script:

#!/bin/sh
export CLASSPATH="/usr/local/lib/netscape/java40.jar:."
# export LD_PRELOAD="/usr/lib/libgnumalloc.so.5"
exec /usr/local/lib/netscape/netscape "$@"
# NOTE! This must be the path to the real netscape executable.

Could somebody help me with this?
