Not easily. Windows does not understand the ext2 format. It says "not formatted, would you like to format". Try this w/ an ext2 floppy. If they are on separate machines samba can be used to link the two. Samba translates unix/linux hd format into windows readable format. No client needed, just the samba server on the linux/unix box.
