It's totally bogus. I almost detect a bit of the recently passed controversy over the Linux patent dispute. Linux is an will remain a free operating system with ultimate power resting in the hands of its users and no one person alone. This post is hooey. It's also not that humourous, so I imagine someone created it just to get a rise out of Linux users. Legal authority over Linux resides presently with Linus Torvalds, and I don't see that changing any time in the near or distant future.
