You know that 'yacc' stands for Yet Another Compiler Compiler' don't you? Don't know about you, but this scares me a little. However if you think you are up to it or have something to contribute to WINE:
What you want are the GNU versions of lex and yacc, known I think as flex and bison. Hope this helps.
