Mount the floppy manually with "mount -r -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt". Cd to /mnt and see if you can find install.sh, if not, you arre writing the floppy wrong, see the instructions. If it is there, try running this: "cd /mnt;sh ./install.sh /" . I think the trailing slash is important. That should install the kernel.
