chimera compile: Where R Imakefile.c & Imake.tmpl

Hi,

        I downloaded the chimera-1.65 web browser and tried to compile.  I  
read the README README.hints and INSTALL and followed the instructions 
there.  However, when I try to run xmkmf -a,  I get the following  message:

        bash# xmkmf -a
        imake -DUseInstalled -I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config
        Imakefile.c:3: Imake.tmpl: No such file or directory
        imake: Exit code 33.  Stop.
        bash#

        I have done find on both Imakefile.c and Imake.tmpl on the entire
t=direcory tree from '/' on down but found neither.  Anybody know what 
package these are from or where I could download them from ?  Should 
these have installed with Debian ?
