Indeed the new clients are very nice with their network options. I have it running on my 486DX/33 server here at home, 30k keys/sec is better than nothing. I would run it on my permanently-connected 486/133 but the fan is busted and I don't want it to overheat. :-) My K6 desktop gets 250k/sec but unfortunately it is not always on and it runs Linux and NT. However they have an NT service version of the 64 bit client which is very nice, runs in the background always and doesn't seem to slow down the machine at all.
