Hi, I have installed a package (iptraf) which writes its logfiles to /var/log/iptraf . Now logrotate automatically rotates the iptraffic logfiles. However, I have several scripts running which takes care of the logs so I want logrotate to leave them alone.
While searching on this, it seemed to be enough to make a dummy file in /etc/logrotate.d/iptraf.disabled . Unfortunately, logrotate still rotates the logfiles. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance, Sebastiaan -- NT is the OS of the future. The main engine is the 16-bit Subsystem (also called MS-DOS Subsystem). Above that, there is the windoze 95/98 16-bit Subsystem. Anyone can see that 16+16=32, so windoze NT is a *real* 32-bit system. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
