I never found the Cyrix patches terribly useful anyway; CPU identification in /proc/cpuinfo was about the best thing, I never saw any performance increase. I have K6 now anyway. It's a lot faster and my Cyrix had the NT writeback cache bug too (and I use NT a lot here).
