Hi I was checking out the values of the environmental values of my system and noticed that TERM=linux when I 'echo $TERM' is this the correct value or is this value dependent on my monitor. If it is dependent on the monitor how do I choose the correct value?
My monitor is able to shut it self off it not in use after a certain period of time under Win95. Is there an equivalent feature for Win95?
