Have you tried looking at your burned CD's in a Windows explorer window? My guess is that you'll see a single progeny1.0.iso file rather than a usable filesystem. The reason for this is that Windows XP's built-in CD burning engine does not support burning ISO images to discs, for some incredibly stupid reason. (Or maybe not so stupid -- maybe they figured out that the most common reason people want to do that is so they can make bootable Linux CDs and escape Windows Hell. :-)) There are a number of free or shareware utilities for Windows that can burn ISO images to discs. I use one called CD Mate that does the job adequately. You should be able to find it at one of the Windows shareware sites on the web.
