It's saying that it sees that partition 1 on the first hard disk is bootable, and it is offering you the option to boot partition 1, the Floppy, or to go into Advanced mode. Advanced mode offers you the choice of booting any partition on the first disk.
Generally you'll see this prompt if you hold down shift while booting. You can press 1 through 4, or F for the floppy, or A. It's poorly documented and it needs to be replaced with something less cryptic - all of the alternatives for boot manager are in some way lacking at the moment.
