S-lang 0.99.38 is still in master's Incoming (it's a non-maintainer release
by me; presumably it cannot be automatically processed (the FTP maintainer
is currently on holiday)).

What do you mean by "complete"? S-Lang is a general purpose library; it is
not a part of mutt.

I keep copies of my packages at
ftp://ftp.wi.leidenuniv.nl/pub/linux/devel-ray/ ; you can find S-Lang
0.99.38 there too.
