Every time I start up my system I get the following message:

starting /sbin/syslogd ...
/etc/rc2.d/S10sysklogd: line 38: 64 Interrupt start-stop-daemon
--start --verbose --exec /sbin/syslogd $SYSLOGD

What does this mean? What should I do? I just upgraded to Debian 1.3.
