I'm not really aware of a list. Each package gets updated on an individual basis, so you could look at the changelog for each package. There were a lot of small, annoying bugs with 1.2.x when first installing it - they seem to be fixed in 1.3. When the announcement comes out, I'm sure it will mention a few of the improved packages.
