There is dftp and there is dpkg-ftp. dftp is meant to be used without dselect whereas dpkg-ftp adds the ftp method to dselect. I used dftp exactly as described with "dftp --help", and I had no problems. kai -- A large number of young women don't trust men with beards. (BFBS Radio)
