debian-changes dead?

Can any debian-user subscriber who also subscribes to debian-changes
confirm that debian-changes is still active?  I haven't received a 
single email from that list yet in March.  Just wonder if my email
address might have got lost.

As long as there are ill-defined goals, bizarre bugs, and unrealistic
schedules, there will be Real Programmers willing to jump in and Solve
The Problem, saving the documentation for later.
