With all due respect I think the unhappy users are in the minority. Debian works splendidly and seems to have less problems than other distributions (especially slackware which is very easy to completely mess up.) The only real lack IMO is in documentation for Debian specific features which causes people used other forms of linux/unix to make mistakes.
