Well, it's nfs mounts in /etc/fstab (or "manual" nfs mounts in other scripts). Nuke those nfs mounts, and possibly the nfsd in /etc/init.d/netstd_nfs you will not generate any nfs pollution on the local net -- wheather that's what you want I don't know. The nfsiod daemons really are neccecary if you want your machine to mount nfs volumes.
