[ XF86Config file deleted ] Check to make sure that you have the right file. When I ran the auto-XF86 config program I ended up with /etc/X11/XF86Config and /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XF86Config as separate files and I think that /etc/X11/XF86Config needed to be linked to the later. It confused the hello out of me while I was trying to get it working. Jens B.
