I had debian 1.1.5 with the 2.0.25 kernel running on a Dell PPro
dual setup, with 64MB ram and a 2940UW. All you have to do is
edit the makefile to use SMP. It's real interesting to see the
kernel boot and show the bogomips. :) The box was *quick*!
