Yes, well, I like them because they _do_ work with other Xaw programs, like xedit, xman, etc. Sure, xterm is the most-often used X program ;-), but I don't think you should coddle it just because it's broken. With xterm, I tend to just grab the scrollbar 'thumb' and drag it around, ignoring the arrows, which are the broken bit. I've not installed 1.3 yet, but I think another option it provides is to turn off the arrows at the top and botton of the scrollbar, but keep the 3d look. I guess that'd annoy those who really like xterm's scrollbars exactly as they are now, though... -- "He. He.
